Job Description
As a QA Engineer – Explosive Charge Density Inspection, you will be responsible for performing precise measurements of shell cavity volume, determining average charge density, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role involves coordinating with the screw filling line supervisor and lab chemist, as well as maintaining cleanliness and workplace organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise measurement of the shell cavity volume.
- Conduct tests to determine average charge density and record measurements.
- Communicate results to the screw filling line supervisor and consult the Lab Chemist.
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and ensure the 5S standards are met in the working areas.
Qualifications
Must:
- BSc in Chemistry
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of 5S and 7QC Tools
- Prior experience in ammunition or a related industry
