Position: Regulatory to Operations (R2O) Associate (Contract position with a 3rd party Vendor)

Job Description

The R2O Associate is responsible for processing regulatory

documents essential for global product registrations. This role entails collaborative work with teams from various technical disciplines. Applicants should demonstrate a goal-oriented approach, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a centralized team setup or autonomously.

Qualifications

BSc Chemistry or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and database environments
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Previous technical or regulatory experience preferred
  • Experience in the SAP EHS module is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates global regulatory document preparation and delivery in conjunction with various stakeholders
  • Works closely with Country Regulatory Managers to comprehend the local requirements of document requests
  • Utilizes tracking tools for metrics and ensures the timely delivery of documents
  • Communicates project status to key stakeholders and supports continuous improvement efforts
  • Participates in team meetings and collaborates effectively with global regulatory and business staff
