- Qualifications: Graduation in a related field (Chemistry, Biotech, Agriculture, Food Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the food industry lab or a food commercial lab.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude and high initiative level
- Necessary English reading capacity
- Experience with proximate chemical analysis in food products
Job Purpose and Impact:
The Executive – Food Safety and Quality will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and food safety. You will utilize your knowledge of plant processes to monitor quality assurance systems, provide technical support to production operations, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assure product compliance and final approval checks
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
- Assess process quality parameters and food safety systems
- Provide training and support to personnel in food safety and quality practices
- Handle fundamental issues and escalate complex ones as needed
- Other duties as assigned
