Key Responsibilities:
● Support international regulatory teams with India MDR guidance and compliance.
● Coordinate with CDSCO and manage regulatory submissions (including PESO and GEM portal).
● Implement technology platforms for licensing and streamline workflows.
● Engage consultants, advocate via MTAI, and mitigate regulatory risks.
Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of India MDR with end-to-end licensing experience.
● Skilled in documentation, compliance processes, and regulatory platforms.
● Exposure to Legal Metrology, Labelling, UDI, Pricing, Customs, etc.
● Familiarity with European MDR and FDA
● Effective communicator with a process-driven and solution-oriented approach.
