Educational Qualification

  • M.Sc. in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.

 Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience for Senior Research Associate (9-II).

Job Purpose

The Senior Research Associate (9-II) will work as part of the preparatory HPLC purification team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-throughput purification of reaction mixtures using mass-triggered reverse phase preparative HPLC.
  • Apply suitable purification methods based on physical and chemical properties of target molecules.
  • Conduct LCMS and HPLC analysis.
  • Develop analytical methods and troubleshoot experimental issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and chemistry functions.
  • Ensure laboratory compliance with QA and regulatory guidelines.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions when needed.
  • Follow EHSS standards and department-specific requirements.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Practical knowledge of resolving simple instrument-related challenges.
  • Strong understanding of analytical techniques and method development (LC-MS, HPLC, prep HPLC).
  • Hands-on experience with instrumental/commercial data processing software.
  • Basic knowledge of wet analysis and chemistry.
  • Ability to work in teams and adapt to user needs quickly.
