Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.
 Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience for Senior Research Associate (9-II).
Job Purpose
The Senior Research Associate (9-II) will work as part of the preparatory HPLC purification team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-throughput purification of reaction mixtures using mass-triggered reverse phase preparative HPLC.
- Apply suitable purification methods based on physical and chemical properties of target molecules.
- Conduct LCMS and HPLC analysis.
- Develop analytical methods and troubleshoot experimental issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and chemistry functions.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with QA and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions when needed.
- Follow EHSS standards and department-specific requirements.
Technical / Functional Skills
- Practical knowledge of resolving simple instrument-related challenges.
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques and method development (LC-MS, HPLC, prep HPLC).
- Hands-on experience with instrumental/commercial data processing software.
- Basic knowledge of wet analysis and chemistry.
- Ability to work in teams and adapt to user needs quickly.
