Job Description
At Syngene, safety is at the heart of everything we do. The Executive / Analyst role requires strong analytical chemistry expertise and a commitment to Syngene’s safety-first approach. This position involves working with advanced analytical instruments, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a culture of integrity and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to safe practices and procedures while ensuring compliance with Syngene’s EHS standards.
- Drive a corporate culture that promotes an environment, health, and safety (EHS) at the workplace.
- Ensure timely completion of all mandatory safety and data integrity training.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV, KF, FTIR, and others.
- Perform sampling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Carry out instrument calibration and qualification.
- Maintain laboratory standards as per GMP requirements.
- Handle reserve sample management.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in General or Organic Chemistry.
- 1–4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC/GC/UV/KF/FTIR).
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and laboratory practices.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
