Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and evaluate materials science investigations using advanced instruments such as SEM, optical microscopes, wire bonders, reflow ovens, hardness testers, and roughness testers.
- Prepare and archive high-quality reports to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and improve established quality management systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 17025).
- Follow HSE rules, 5S, and 4R guidelines to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of project and process information.
- Adhere to the MKS Atotech compliance policy.
Skills Required:
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Materials Science or Materials Engineering, OR MSc in Physics/Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–2 years in materials characterization or related fields.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and result orientation.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a teamwork mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
