Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring Compliance: Ensure adherence to study protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Site Visits & Training: Conduct site initiation and monitoring visits; train site staff on study protocols and GCP.
- Data Review & Accuracy: Review CRFs and EDC entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Study Management: Manage trial supplies, drug accountability, and ensure project timelines/budgets are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between study sites, investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy/Lifesciences (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Research.
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in clinical trial data management systems/EDC tools.
- Hands-on experience in site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of pharmacology, medical terminology, and drug development processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team-driven environment.
