Quality Control Officer Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process, intermediate, process validation, raw material, packing material, stability, working standard, and finished product chemical sample analysis with accurate documentation.
- Register all stage samples in LIMS and maintain traceability records.
- Maintain inward registers, instrument usage logbooks, and proper laboratory documentation.
- Prepare and document volumetric solutions, reagents, and working standards.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and instrument readiness before analysis.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety guidelines, and compliance standards during all activities.
- Maintain reference standards, pharmacopeia, impurities, and chemical reagents inventory.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as instructed by Head QC/Designee.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, GLP, and pharmaceutical QC systems.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
