About the Role
As an Associate Scientist in Analytical Chemistry, you will be responsible for delivering analytical services across Kenvue’s Consumer Health Global R&D sites. This role covers multiple product categories, including Self Care (OTC drugs), Skin Health, and Essential Health (Baby Care, Oral Care, and more).
You will support analytical deliverables for new product development, stability studies, method validation
, and global research-based activities. This role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and innovation in laboratory processes.Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC/UPLC, GC, IC, AAS, and other techniques.
- Support stability studies for shelf-life assessment.
- Conduct method validation and transfers with proper technical documentation.
- Manage assigned instrument calibration and lab equipment activities.
- Prepare and contribute to technical documents such as stability reports and validation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality systems, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site initiatives.
Technical Competencies
- Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and stability study assessment.
- Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, documentation, and data integrity.
- Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and analytical technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to deliver work with a “right-first-time” approach.

Education & Experience
- Education: MSc, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Ph.D. (science stream).
- Experience: 1–3 years in analytical development, quality control, or related functions in healthcare, pharma, or FMCG. Exposure to GMP, 21 CFR compliance, and regulated environments preferred.
