Job Summary
We are looking for Laboratory and Manufacturing Associates to execute upstream and downstream manufacturing unit operations while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. The role supports production within defined timelines, focusing on safety, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute upstream/downstream operations as per Batch Production Record (BPR)
- Prepare media, buffers, and solutions for manufacturing activities
- Perform cleaning, sterilization, and autoclave operations in GMP areas
- Monitor critical processes, troubleshoot issues, and support automation systems
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and safety protocols
- Complete accurate batch documentation and maintain quality records
- Participate in root cause investigations and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Maintain equipment functionality and calibration compliance
- Emphasize safety and continuous improvement across operations
Qualifications

Education:

BSc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields

OR Graduation in Chemical Engineering

OR MSc in relevant Life Sciences

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with Biosimilar Products

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream operations
- Experience with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) systems
- Familiarity with cleaning validation in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance
