Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Organic / Medicinal Chemistry professionals to join our Synthesis R&D team. The role involves multi-step organic synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization for research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute multi-step organic synthesis (gram to multi-gram scale).
● Perform purification using column chromatography, RP and NP, flash purification, recrystallization, and preparative TLC.
● Maintain accurate experimental records and reports.
● Ensure compliance with lab safety and quality standards.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for research projects.
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and purification techniques.
● Proficiency in ChemDraw, MS Word, MS Excel, Scifinder/Reaxys.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
