Job Responsibilities:
● Execute and monitor day-to-day packing operations for solid/liquid dosage forms.
● Ensure packing activities are carried out as per SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
● Verify line clearance before starting packing operations.
● Monitor in-process checks and maintain accurate packing records.
● Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for smooth line operations.
● Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and packing machines.
● Identify and troubleshoot issues in the packing process to avoid delays.
● Adhere to safety, health, and environmental norms in the packing area.
● Train operators and contract manpower on SOPs and good packing practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Knowledge of primary and secondary packing operations in pharmaceuticals.
● Understanding of cGMP, GDP, and documentation practices.
● Familiarity with blister, strip, and bottle packing machinery.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to handle regulatory audits.
● Team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
