Job Description:
The Medical Scientific Liaison will lead scientific engagement with medical experts, implement clinical and educational strategies, and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. Based in Delhi, this role plays a crucial part in supporting clinical trials, advancing real-world evidence, and driving patient access initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage healthcare professionals with impactful scientific discussions aligned with medical strategy.
- Identify data gaps and support the generation of real-world evidence.
- Gather field insights to inform product strategy and research plans.
- Support the execution of clinical trials and provide site education.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient access and health outcomes.
- Deliver tailored scientific content through digital and in-person channels.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and handle administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Role Requirements:
- Advanced degree in health or life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred).
- 2–3 years’ experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, research procedures, and industry guidelines.
- Ability to apply digital solutions for medical engagement and insights.
- Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in a therapeutic area medical function.
- Proven expertise in applying digital and IT solutions for stakeholder engagement.
