About the Role
Join Clarivate’s Medtech Data team as an Associate Analyst, where you will work on healthcare data analysis, market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, and custom consulting projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to transform real-world healthcare data into meaningful insights that guide critical decisions for medical device companies.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Medical Electronics, Pharmacy (preferred).
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets using SQL/Python.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent presentation, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Effective collaborator, comfortable engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of Medtech data and the healthcare domain.
- Exposure to Medtech, Claims, or Pharmacy data.
- Experience with data vendors and large datasets.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
Job Description
- Analyze and manage healthcare and Medtech datasets for market modelling.
- Maintain existing Medtech product catalogs.
- Research novel medical device markets, competitors, and segmentation.
- Evaluate outputs for market trends, correct errors, and draw insights.
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of Clarivate’s products, data models, and strategies.
Hours of Work
- Work timing: 12–9 PM IST for overlap with Toronto teams.
- Monday to Friday, hybrid model.
