Job Description
As an Analyst at EVERSANA Bengaluru, you will:
- Work on sales force effectiveness projects, including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, incentive compensation, and dashboard reporting for pharmaceutical clients.
- Provide incentive compensation analytics support and assist in sales force operations, including plan design, goal setting, administration, and reporting.
- Develop SQL queries and build Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs.
- Deliver insights and recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analytics to support client decision-making.
- Understand pharmaceutical commercial data sets, including patient claims, Rx, SP, SD, and CRM data, and integrate multiple data sources for improved commercial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and clients, manage day-to-day activities, delegate tasks, and oversee end-to-end engagement.
- Maintain SOPs, BRDs, process maps, and establish best practices.
- Mentor junior team members for career growth.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma (Life Sciences) or B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME (Engineering).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years in sales force effectiveness, IC analytics, and dashboard reporting.
- Preferred: Experience with life sciences clients.
- Technical: Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, and MS Office (PowerPoint).
