Job Description

IIT Hyderabad is offering a PhD position for an industry-funded, collaborative soft matter research project titled “Adhesion of Silane-Based Adhesion Promoters on Wet Surfaces.” This position involves working with advanced multiphysics COMSOL and molecular dynamics simulations, as well as close collaboration with experimental scientists from Momentive Performance Materials’ Global R&D team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research the adhesion properties of silane-based adhesion promoters on wet surfaces.
  • Perform multiphysics COMSOL and molecular dynamics simulations.

Qualifications

  • ME/MTech/MS (Research) in Chemical or related engineering disciplines.
