Job Purpose
To be part of the medicinal chemistry group, contributing to research and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform multistep synthesis from milligram to gram scale.
- Conduct process development of organic molecules using modern spectroscopy methods.
- Execute reactions at varying scales with precision and safety.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks with detailed procedures, work-up, and purification steps.
- Interpret analytical data such as 1H NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and IR.
- Handle air and moisture-sensitive reactions with appropriate safety measures.
Educational Qualification

MSc in Organic Chemistry.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in multi-step synthesis and process development.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and data interpretation.
- Skilled in handling sensitive reactions in compliance with lab safety.
Experience

0–2 years of experience with MSc in Organic Chemistry.
Behavioral Skills
- Team player with strong collaboration and commitment.
- Excellent reading, research, and presentation skills.
