Job Description:
As a Scientific Writing – Project Specialist, you will support scientific writers by managing publication and medical education projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating submissions, ensuring compliance with publication processes, tracking activities, managing risks, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to ensure the timely delivery of scientific publications and medical education materials.
- Coordinate submissions, revisions, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain compliance with publication management tools, such as iEnvision, PromoMats, and DAM.
- Track budgets, approvals, purchase orders, and manage external spend.
- Collaborate with scientific communication and medical content teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Enhance operational processes, tools, and quality standards in scientific communications.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (preferably in science); advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy desirable.
- 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong skills in project management, medical/scientific writing, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with publication tools (PromoMats, DAM, iEnvision, DataVision).
- Pharmaceutical industry exposure and domain knowledge.
