Job Description:
As an Operator II – TAPI, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out dispensing activities as per the applicable procedure.
- Conducting process and sampling activities during the production of Intermediates / APIs according to approved batch cards.
- Recording observations of reaction parameters on the batch card as per the procedure.
- Filling all production and cleaning batch cards per instructions.
- Ensuring verification of pH meters and weighing balances as per procedures.
- Maintaining adherence to work procedures, safety measures, and cGMP compliance.
- Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Developing solutions to complex problems in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Working independently with latitude in determining objectives and approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow batch manufacturing records for accurate documentation.
- Ensure that in-process sampling and analysis are executed effectively.
- Maintain safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
- Contribute to team discussions and share ideas for production improvements.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. (Chemical): 2–3 years of experience
- B.Tech / B.E / Diploma (Chemical): 0–2 years of experience
