We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Control Executive/Sr. Executive to help ensure the highest standards of quality in our innovative product pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quality control protocols aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Review and enhance specifications for manufacturing and supplier processes.
- Ensure company operations comply with health, safety, and legal standards.
- Supervise and mentor QC inspectors, technicians, and quality teams.
- Conduct detailed inspections of products and manage their approval/rejection status.
- Maintain accurate records and analyze quality-related data for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, including ISO 13485, and manage international regulatory licensing.
- Travel as required for supplier audits, regulatory inspections, and global licensing compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc/B Pharma with a background in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or molecular diagnostics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, ISO standards (preferably ISO 13485), and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Certification in ISO 13485 or related quality systems will be an added advantage.
