Job Description
Position: Facility Quality Assurance Technician II
Location: Butibori, Maharashtra, India (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
- To check and control the quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi-finished products, and finished products.
- Data entry in a computer
- Quality and Process control activities during Shift operation (1st/2nd/3rd).
- Testing of BD, CCS, PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flexural strength, and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable.
- Handling quality complaints.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.
- 1–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation.
