Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Global CTS (Clinical Trial Supply) team in delivering exceptional support and services, including Finance, Contracts, eTMF Operations, Database Management, and KPI Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Global CTS team, ensuring high-quality support, and driving process improvements.
MPharm Job Opportunity at Merck – Key Responsibilities:
- Support clinical supply projects across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GCP for clinical trial activities.
- Archive supply documentation in both internal and external systems.
- Review, compile, and submit technical documents and contracts for approval.
- Manage supply contracts, monitor budget approvals, and track KPIs.
- Assist Clinical Supply Managers with day-to-day project-related tasks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities during post-trial reviews.
MPharm Job Opportunity at Merck – Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or M.Pharm
- 2–7 years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Skills:
- Clinical supply chain knowledge
- Understanding of GMP, GCP, and global trial documentation practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience with supply contracts, eTMF operations, and KPI dashboards
