Job Summary:
KarpsChem Laboratories is hiring M.Sc. candidates (0–2 years’ experience) for the role of Formulation Scientist at their facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in pharmaceutical formulation and analytical R&D within a CRO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize formulations for various dosage forms (oral solids, liquids, injectables, etc.).
• Conduct pre-formulation, compatibility, and stability studies.
• Select appropriate excipients and define manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with analytical, QA, regulatory, and production teams.
• Support scale-up, tech transfer, and troubleshooting during batch manufacturing.
• Prepare technical documents and regulatory submission data (e.g., for ANDAs).
• Ensure lab work complies with GMP and ICH guidelines.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Organic/Analytical Chemistry (candidates or anyone who have
experience Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmaceutics)• Experience: 0 – 2 years
• Proficiency with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR).
• Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and reporting abilities.
