Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance (QA) professional ensures that all pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes comply with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., USFDA, WHO). This role is crucial in maintaining product integrity, quality systems, and regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch manufacturing records, and packing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits from regulatory bodies.
• Monitor deviations, oversee change control procedures, and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on GMP practices and quality systems.
• Provide support for validation and qualification activities, including reviewing related documentation.
• Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to assess product consistency and performance.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
• Experience: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical QA.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO

, EU-GMP).
• Strong eye for detail, documentation, and process compliance.
