Job Role Summary
As an Associate – CQ, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant pharmaceutical products. Your focus will be on performing chemical quality testing, validating methods, and ensuring CGMP adherence across the Quality Control labs.
BSc/MSc/Pharmacy Job Opportunity – Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve test method transfer and validation protocols, reports, and equipment qualification records
- Perform chemical testing on various sample types
- Handle stability studies, raw material, and finished product testing
- Utilize analytical laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, AAS, ICP-MS, UV, and IR, among others.
- Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Build and manage Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Conduct investigations, recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Lead safety inspections and mentor junior team members
BSc/MSc/Pharmacy Job Opportunity – Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy
- 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality control
- Strong technical knowledge in chemical testing methods and instruments
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation and analytical skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Familiar with regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, WHO-GMP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LIMS or other QC documentation tools
- Prior exposure to global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Ability to coach and train junior staff
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
