The Opportunity

We are seeking a Formulation Researcher I with a strong foundation in formulation research and development (FR&D), process optimization, and regulatory strategy for global markets. You will operate as a bench scientist driving critical R&D deliverables, using advanced principles like QbD, DoE, and IP strategy to support product development from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments aligned with project milestones using QbD and DoE methodologies

• Work on product development phases: Day 0 to commercial launch

• Perform literature review, prior art evaluation, and proof-of-concept experiments

• Evaluate APIs/excipients and perform reverse engineering of innovator products

• Execute and interpret data from preformulation studies and characterization

• Perform pilot BE and scale-up batch executions with cross-functional collaboration for PhD & M Pharma Research Job

• Identify QTPP, CQAs, CPAs, and apply statistical design tools (e.g., DoE)

• Prepare core documentation: MFC, PDR, scale-up protocols, and stability reports

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, MSAT, Regulatory, etc.) for smooth product development

• Handle deviations, OOS, change controls, and ensure GMP documentation

• Maintain records related to batches, stability studies, and equipment calibration

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with 1+ year of relevant experience

• Or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences with 3+ years of industry experience

• Strong experience in generics development for regulated markets (US, EU, Canada)

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in QbD, DoE, formulation strategies, and process troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience in scale-up, pilot BE batch execution, and PDR compilation for Pharma Job

• Familiarity with IP strategies, regulatory filings, and technology transfer

• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Strong documentation, presentation, and analytical skills
