Job Title: Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, Review & approval of investigation reports, risk assessment, impact assessment reports, and other documents as and when required.
- Handling product quality complaints (Adverse Event) related to Pharmacovigilance and market complaint investigations in the CHEX system.
- Handling the ENSUR system for issuance & retrieval of various documents.
- Ensure document control, archival, retention, and destruction as defined in the procedure.
- Manage master and obsolete copies of SOPs, specifications, and other documents.
- Track and revise SOPs, procedures, specifications, etc., as per the validity period.
- Responsible for archival management and retrieval of documents.
- Review quality system documents such as protocols, reports, and procedures.
- Share documents with the RA department for filing updation based on change control.
- Preparation and review of customer and external audits compliance reports.
- Review and approval of analytical reports like batch analysis, standards, and stability study.
- GMP verification and compliance review.
- Comply with SHE Guidelines and Rules, and use PPE wherever applicable.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech in Chemical
