Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute API production processes as per batch manufacturing records (BMRs)
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety standards
• Monitor critical process parameters and troubleshoot deviations
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and EHS departments
• Maintain accurate documentation and logbooks
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of API production processes and equipment
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (GMP)
• Ability to handle shifts and lead small teams
