As a Quality Control Testing Officer, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing critical laboratory operations that ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Your core duties will include:
Quality Control Testing Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Calibration of QC instruments in the laboratory.
- Sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and miscellaneous materials.
- Cleaning of departmental premises and laboratory instruments.
- Receipt, verification, and storage of laboratory chemicals and glassware.
- Sample receipt and documentation in respective registers.
- Preparation of volumetric, test, limit test, and indicator solutions.
- Maintaining strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Management and documentation of all standards and chromatographic columns.
- Vendor coordination and contract maintenance.
- Labeling of sampled and approved materials.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), General Test Procedures (GTP), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Standard Test Procedures (STP), and specifications.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Quality Control Testing Job – Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: M.Sc in Chemistry / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of relevant QC laboratory experience preferred
- Skillset:
- Strong knowledge of GLP, laboratory safety, and SOP adherence
- Hands-on expertise in solution preparation and material testing
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and regulatory-compliant environment
