Your Role

We’re hiring a Sr. Research Associate/Research Associate, In Vivo Pharmacokinetics at our Hyderabad, India site. This individual will support pharmacokinetic studies, contribute to DMPK functions, and collaborate cross-functionally on drug discovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities for Research Associate

• Work with disease area scientists and discovery specialists.

• Handle small animals (rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits).

• Administer doses via multiple routes; perform small animal surgeries (e.g., cannulation, CSF collection).

• Prepare and administer compounds to experimental animals.

• Conduct PK and PK/PD studies in rodents as Research Associate.

• Perform data generation, analysis using WinNonlin, compilation, and reporting.

• Manage electronic data upload and reporting.

• Participate in scientific presentations and internal documentation.

• Collaborate on cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

Education:

• M.Pharm / M.S. in Pharmacology for Research Associate

Experience:

• 3–5 years in academic or industrial R&D setting.

• Deep knowledge of pharmacokinetics, physiology, and in vivo models.

Skills:

• Expertise in animal handling, dosing, dissection, tissue collection.

• Familiarity with drug discovery processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication as Research Associate.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with electronic lab notebooks is a plus.
