Sanofi, a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes globally, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of R&D Scientific Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst in Hyderabad, India.
Main Responsibilities:

Use a wide range of CI sources to provide an accurate, comprehensive, and insightful view of the competition to Sanofi’s programs.

Work with CI Leaders and Portfolio Strategy leads to articulate implications, predict high-impact changes, and coordinate communication to R&D senior leaders on threats and opportunities.

Generate and deliver CI reports using optimized formats. Projects include competitive landscapes (target, disease, or technology), clinical data comparisons, competitor event watchlists, conference coverage, and company profiling as Senior Analyst.

Proactively monitor top competitors and communicate timely insights and analysis.

Support TA Scientific CI leads and contribute to insights for Global Project Teams.

Address key competitive topics on an ad hoc basis, including complex projects coordinated by the TA CI leader.

Collaborate with R&D Portfolio Analytics, Benchmarking teams, and Commercial CI teams on joint initiatives and data consistency.

Contribute to the assessment and adoption of new CI tools, especially digital and AI-driven solutions.
About You:
Experience: Strong years of experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare industry, specifically within innovative pharma. Strong year experience in Competitive Intelligence within a pharma or a CI agency conducting secondary data analysis and surveillance of R&D assets.
Soft skills: Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent analytical skills and learning agility.
Technical skills: Strong understanding of drug development processes, research platforms, therapeutic modalities as Senior Analyst.
Education: Advanced degree in Life sciences/Medicine (PhD, PharmD or MD).
Languages: English (all data, reports and interactions with business stakeholders are managed in English).
