Job Description
Responsibilities:

Conduct chemical and instrumentation analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products

Allocate work to chemists in the raw material section

Perform and document calibration of all instruments as scheduled

Manage documentation for online systems and maintain traceability records

Order and monitor stocks of chemicals, standards, reagents, solvents, and glassware

Review analytical, calibration, qualification, and external lab data
-
Maintain instruments in calibrated status and ensure timely batch release
-
Minimize lab incidents and uphold Data Integrity (DI) standards
-
Perform method transfers and maintain critical spare parts
-
Investigate OOS, deviations, and implement CAPAs
-
Train staff on GLP, GMP, and safety compliance
-
Prepare and review SOPs, COAs, and ensure timely approval/rejection in SAP

Ensure coordination with QA, PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and TSD teams
-
Supervise contract staff in cleaning and equipment handling
