About the Role
As an Application Specialist – Flow, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in supporting our cutting-edge cell analysis products. This dynamic position involves a mix of technical support, training, and strategic collaboration within the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Application and Training Support: Provide comprehensive training on Beckman Coulter cell analysis products, resolve customer queries, and organize effective training programs.
- Marketing: Engage with key opinion leaders in the fields of flow cytometry, immunology, and cell biology to foster scientific collaboration and understanding.
- Sales Support: Understand customer requirements, provide tailored technical solutions, and actively support sales and marketing activities.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on training and marketing activities, track valuable customer feedback, and contribute to achieving business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, service, and application teams to meet business goals and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: You should hold a B.Tech, B.Pharma, or B.Sc. MLT degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, OR an MSc with at least 1 year of experience in flow cytometry, OR a Ph.D. with relevant flow cytometry publications.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience on Beckman or other analyzer flow cytometry platforms is preferred.
- Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be IT literate, and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
