Job Description for Associate Role:

Follow all safety rules in the premises according to company norms.

Perform in-process checks during operations.

Operate and clean wrap-around labeling machines, autocartonator machines, online check weighers, track and trace systems, BOPP taping machines with weighing balance, and PFS packing area machines.

Dispense, check, and receive packing materials from the warehouse on a need basis.

Label and pack products as per the Batch Packaging Record (BPR) as Associate.

Complete timely calibrations and validations in coordination with Engineering (EN) and Quality Assurance (QA) related to visual inspection and packing areas.

Operate and clean visual inspection tables and Lux meters.

Operate and clean automatic visual inspection machines and X-ray inspection machines.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments including QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, MB, HR, and Administration for daily activities.

Perform visual inspection of products/media-filled vials or PFS as per SOP.

Conduct decartoning activities as Associate.

Complete SOP training and on-the-job training related to visual inspection and packing areas on time.

Maintain cleanliness in the visual inspection and packing areas.

Monitor differential pressure (DP), relative humidity (RH), and temperature in visual inspection and packing areas.

Maintain BMRs and other logbooks in visual inspection and packing areas as per cGMP and SOP standards.
