Job Purpose To execute and support CSD scale-up batches in the BCDL & CSD Scale-up lab.
Position Overview:
Syngene is looking for a Junior Executive to join its BCDL (Biocatalysis Development Lab) team in Bangalore. This role primarily supports the execution and scale-up of chemical processes within the CSD (Chemical Sciences Division) Scale-Up Laboratory. It’s an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a world-class industrial chemistry setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute chemical processes in the BCDL lab while maintaining strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.

Conduct real-time, accurate documentation of all experimental work.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams within BCDL and CDAS (Chemical Development and Analytical Sciences) to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: B.Sc. in Chemistry

Experience:
0–2 years (ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 3 years of lab or industry experience)
Technical Skills:
-
Understanding of basic chemistry concepts and chemical plant operations

Familiarity with lab-scale and scale-up processes

Knowledge of process documentation and quality protocols
Behavioral Competencies:
