What You Will Achieve
- Work Environment: Operate within a structured environment, adhering to established procedures and seeking guidance as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by diligently following site procedures.
- Improvements: Identify, propose, and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.
- Project Management: Utilize project management skills to effectively lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: MPharm/BPharm degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of cGMP, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations, Production Systems, and overall manufacturing processes.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Oral Solid dosage forms, stability studies, formulation development principles, and operational excellence projects.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Projects: Experience with innovation projects and new vendor development processes.
- Solutions: Ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize operations.
- Experience: Prior experience in optimizing production workflows and familiarity with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) software.
