In this temporary role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Waters’ cutting-edge product suite, including LC, HPLC/UPLC, and Informatics systems, while building strong relat ionships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional installation, comprehensive performance maintenance, efficient troubleshooting, and dedicated support for Waters’ advanced product suite, encompassing LC, HPLC/UPLC, and Informatics solutions.
- Establish and cultivate effective and positive relationships with both external and internal customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Deliver thorough and informative system-level training to customers at their respective sites.
- Manage service inventory accurately and efficiently, adhering to all Waters’ established policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards at all times during service activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science-related field is highly desired.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with sophisticated scientific instrumentation is required.
- Skills: Possess a strong customer-centric approach, demonstrate effective and clear communication skills, and exhibit a proactive analytical mindset for problem-solving.
