Freshers’ Research Associate Job Description

Job Purpose: Research Associate to work as a team member in HPLC/ purification team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, Ion exchange, reversed-phase, and normal-phase chromatography. Experience in Supercritical fluid chromatography is preferred.
  • Expected to handle the samples for purification independently.
  • Expected to receive samples, develop methods, purify, and release data.
  • Expected to maintain the free flow of information among the group members and other stakeholders while handling samples.
  • Expected to coordinate with other team members, TL, and GL for the smooth functioning of daily activities.
  • Should be capable of making presentations and presenting literature topics periodically.
  • Expected to have experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChemDraw tools.
  • Should be able to work with flexible timings.
  • Must have good communication and written skills.
  • Observing and complying with the company’s Health and safety policies.

Freshers’ Research Associate Job Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in analytical chemistry/ M.pharm or allied disciplines. Skilled and experienced analysts working in same area will be preferred.

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge in HPLC, UPLC, and LC-MS.
  • 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience with various analytical techniques.
