IIT Gandhinagar invites applications for the position of SRF for a project titled “Ion-exchanged nanoporous geopolymer for liquid-solid heterogeneous reactions of industrial relevance”. The position is temporary for 6 months.
Job Description
Job Title: SRF
Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Nanotechnology with two years of JRF or research experience, with at least 60% marks. SRF candidates must have adequate expertise and two research papers from the Science Citation Index (SCI) journals.
Job Requirements
Profile: Candidates with research experience in organic chemistry will be preferred. Knowledge of organic synthesis and NMR interpretation is essential.
Salary: Rs. 42000 INR + HRA as applicable, as per Ministry of Science and Technology rules. A GATE qualification is required.
