Key Responsibilities for Chemist Job at LANXESS:

Coordinate with the Production team for quality analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality failures.

Troubleshoot product quality issues and suggest improvements to the production process.

Provide expertise in routine analytical activities and process validations.

Develop new processes to enhance efficiency and reduce inventory levels for Chemist.

Conduct Statistical Quality Analysis using MiniTab and guide production adjustments accordingly.

Ensure all quality control procedures, test methods, and technical documents are regularly reviewed and updated to remain compliant.
Education for Chemist:

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Experience:

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
Skills & Tools:

Strong understanding of chemical analysis and laboratory techniques

Experience with SAP systems

Proficiency in MiniTab for statistical analysis as Chemist.
