About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted process R&D and optimized reaction conditions from GM scale to KG level.
- Set up and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
- Handle pyrophoric, hazardous, and toxic compounds safely.
- Perform reaction setting, work-up, and analysis (measurement & interpretation).
- Ensure proper documentation as per company SOPs.
- Identify and communicate potential issues to project leaders.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:

- MSc in Organic Chemistry.
- 3-5 years of bench experience in Process R&D.
- Strong expertise in multi-step organic synthesis and purification methods.
- Proficiency in scientific analysis and interpretation.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced research environment.

- Performance of the corresponding expected synthetic work to successfully achieve the required goals
- Reaction setting
- Work‐up
- Analyses: measure and interpretation (expected)
- Compilation of all the information needed under the company’s SOP
- Information to the project leader about potential/current problems during project development
- Taking additional responsibilities like maintenance of lab equipment
- Performance of the corresponding expected synthetic work to successfully achieve the required goals
