About the job
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and curiosity for analytical research (API). This candidate should be able to conduct experiments of peptides using preparative HPLC.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in purification through Preparative HPLC and Method development of peptide products, Analytical Method transfer
- Responsible for Maintenance and Calibration of Semi-Preparative HPLC & SAC column
- Provide technical inputs for feasibility of development for isolation of impurities and API’s
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources during Preparative HPLC development
- Ensure the documentation requirements
- Experience in preparation of peptides and peptide intermediates
- Perform calibration of various analytical instruments as per the schedule
- Adherence to the Good Laboratory Practices and Laboratory safety guidelines
- Hands-on experience in handling preparative HPLC and Impurity isolation using prep-HPLC
Qualifications & Other Skill Set:
- Qualification: Masters in Chemistry
- 02 – 08 years of work experience
- Location: Matoda, Ahmedabad
- Proficient in analytical method development
- Strong work ethic and passion for excellence
- Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Must have experience of 2-7 Years in handling of peptide products
- To be a part of the method development team
- Trouble-shooting skills: Solve problems as they arise in analytical research and establish solutions
