Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To plan and carry out experiments on a day-to-day basis
2. Should carry out experiments based on the work plan provided by the supervisor
3. To carry out reactions as per the protocol provided
4. To bring in innovations wherever possible, to save on cost and unit operations
5. Responsibility for the right quality, quantity, and on-time delivery
