Job Title: Senior Research Associate – Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (38181)
Educational Qualification: B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy
Technical/Functional Skills:
Good understanding of DMPK-related activities and instruments like Mass spectroscopy, HPLC, etc. Experience in Automation will be an added advantage.
Expertise in preparation of DMPK-related SOPs (study as well as instruments).
Experience:
Relevant experience of 3-6 years post qualification is required.

Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for performing different in-vitro studies in the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics group.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct various in-vitro assays (Solubility using HPLC, Log D, Metabolic stability, PAMPA etc.), and binding assays (blood, plasma proteins, brain homogenate) using RED (Rapid Equilibrium Dialysis) and Ultracentrifuge method.
- To conduct Stability analysis in blood plasma with/without chemical stabilizers.
A basic understanding of Bio-analytical methods and the operation of LC-MS/MS is desirable. - Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted by the company
