Job Title: Manager – Medical Affairs
Eligibility Criteria:
- PhD/ Pharmacist (BPharm/ M.Pharm)
- Dietician
- Prior experience in medico-marketing a must
- Prior OTC/ non- Rx brand handling experience is preferred
- Exposure to conducting RWDs is preferred
Note: This position is for a fixed-term contract on payrolls of Bayer Pharmaceuticals Limited for 1 year.
Position Purpose:
To enable the Consumer Health India team for medically backed consumer claims, scientific activities, query management, capability building initiatives, and effective KOL management
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
Medical support towards OTC brand management (1/ 2 brands)
•Claims generation and validation
•Support on OTC claim activations
•OTC claim inputs- review/ approval
•Medical insights on proposed NPD formulations
Medical support to the field operations team
•Support on the execution of medico-marketing strategies and operations
•HCP query handling
•Drive HCP scientific engagement strategies
•KOL management
•Review and approve HCP promotional materials
•Develop and strengthen the scientific acumen of the team
Medical Information- Monitoring seamless
execution of ‘Query management’ for BCH- IndiaLead research initiatives to generate and support product concepts
Occasional travel will be required
