Eligibility Criteria & Skills:

  • University Degree in Chemical and other oil and gas-related degree. Degrees in other fields will be considered with the relevant experience. 3 years+ or more of work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals industry past degree in engineering with experience in one or more of the following:
  • Flexibility to move quickly across changing priorities and manage multiple Projects/Programs
  • Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
  • A good understanding of the Upstream/DS/IG business and how it works.
  • Ability to engage and effectively communicate at all levels inside and outside Shell and within different cultural settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to challenge, and ability to build internal and external relationships based on trust and to integrate across multiple functions.
    Continuous Improvement
  • Integrity Assurance: Work with Technical Authorities (TA) on critical data for safety-critical element/ equipment; identification & review of Performance Standards for the SCE. Assist Reliability Technician/CMMS team on data upload to CMMS.
  • Follow the AMS maintenance execution process (ME). Use SAP Preventative Maintenance (PM) notifications and work orders to manage work processes to ensure all equipment is maintained per scheduled maintenance plans on time. Work with multidiscipline engineers’ team to conduct RCM study and discussion with Site discipline & reliability engineers. E2E Implementation knowledge of the AMS MEC process.

• Applies a specialized understanding of the assigned part of the technical support and systems, as well as interfaces with related areas. Supports system set-ups and changes, based on the information provided. Assists in the analysis of information.

• Handles more complex activities with a moderate variation. Deals with less straightforward questions, adjustment with many sources of information necessary within and outside business supported.

• Works within a limited variety of well-defined procedures and practices (not necessarily standardized) and is supervised on progress and results by the manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope, directly supporting management and specialists.

• Guides internal stakeholders based on basic data analysis.

  • Technicians, Electricians, Welders, Mechanics, Pipefitters, and Field and Process Operators.
