Eligibility Criteria:
• 1-3 years of quantitative market research experience with agencies or health care consultancy companies
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / ME / BPharm / MPharm, and strong academic
performance
• Tools: Hands-on experience in crafting excel workbook from scratch Preferred, Excel VBA expertise, Experience in working on any of the statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, Tableau, or R
• Statistical Techniques: Solid understanding of Hypothesis Testing, Cross Tabulations, Correlation Analysis, Factor Analysis, PCA, MVA, and Discriminant Analysis
• Experience/Professional Requirement: Highly motivated, well versed in working in a team environment, Ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment, Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, Strong ability to plan and organize tasks for self, Adaptability to fast-changing work environment, Quality driven approach with high attention to details, Experience in managing
a small team(s) of analystsYour responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• The Primary Market Research Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in the project delivery team by participating and contributing in analysis creation, developing excel workbooks, and updating power-point presentations. He/she has problem-solving skills through data analytics. He/she is a team player, a motivator and self-driven
• Understand key business issues, and provide solution-based on data analytics; Develop analysis plan and detailed timelines for the projects,
• Design custom analyses using tools such as Excel, R, SPSS, SAS, Tableau;
• Develop PowerPoint presentation/dashboards to communicate analyses results;
• Derive insights and recommendations from the analyses;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analyses/insights;
• Lead a small team of analysts, Take ownership of the work assigned to analysts, ensure quality in all deliverables and adhere to timelines;
• Participate / take initiative in site-level activities; Seek opportunities to further improve interpersonal skills, Help team members in on-boarding and training
