Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• B.Tect (BE) / M.Tech (ME) / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MBA, and strong academic
• Performance
• Expertise in designing PowerPoint presentations (charts, creative slides) is a must
• Expertise in performing advanced functions in an excel workbook is a MUST
• Hands-on experience in Excel VBA is a must, Hands-on experience in Tableau is a must, Experience in working on any of the statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS or R is preferred
• 1-3 years of quantitative market research experience with market research agencies or consultancy companies (healthcare experience preferred), Highly motivated, well versed in working in a team environment
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment, Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, Strong ability to plan and organize tasks for self, Adaptability to the fast-changing work environment
, Quality driven approach with high attention to detailYour responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• The Primary Market Research Analyst plays a key role in the project delivery team by participating in analysis creation, developing excel workbooks, and updating power-point presentations. S/he has problem-solving skills through data analytics. S/he is a team player, a motivated and self-driven associate.
• Understand key business issues and provide solutions based on data analytics;
• Design custom analyses using tools such as Excel, R, SPSS, SAS, Tableau;
• Develop PowerPoint presentation/dashboards to communicate analyses results;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analyses;
• Take ownership of the work assigned and adhere to timelines;
• Participate / take initiative in site-level activities;
• Seek opportunities to further enhance interpersonal skills, Help new team members in on-boarding and training
