Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or health or business-related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience to Pharma / healthcare, in particular medical research institutions.
- Setting up of Pharma team with regular interactions with the stakeholder
- Identify and setup business related processes
- Leading process improvements/ root cause analysis
- Full accountability for meeting operational goals
- Strategic planning and forecastin
- Â Analyzing data and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement
- Leading cost reduction initiatives
- Â Bring in thought process while setting new SOPS and reporting mechanisms and set them up with high efficiency
- Â Should roll up sleeves and work with data at ease
Prefered:
- Passion for the Pharma industry – good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Pharma provider applications, platforms, and data ecosystem, with ability to go deep on technical aspects to understand current and future customer needs
